Refund policy
1. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
2. RIGHT TO CANCEL (NON-PERSONALISED ITEMS)
If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, provided the item is not personalised or exempt.
To cancel, you must notify us in writing (email is acceptable) within the 14-day period.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
3. PERSONALISED/MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Because our products are printed on demand and made specifically to your order, the statutory 14-day cancellation right does not apply to:

Items personalised with names, messages, designs, or custom selections

Made-to-order products printed specifically for you
This is permitted under Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
4. FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED ITEMS
If your item is:

faulty
-
damaged
-
not as described
You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos where possible.
5. RETURNS CONDITIONS
Returned items must:

Be unused and unworn

Be in original condition
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or misuse.
6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If you are cancelling a non-personalised item, you are responsible for return postage

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return costs
7. REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.
Original delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.
